Please Note: We are not an agency and we do not guarantee employment. Our goal is to maximize the speed and probability of your talent being seen by the right organizations. All subsequent communication and career steps with the institutions are your direct responsibility.

We collect information you directly provide to us, including:

  • Identity and Contact Data: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Date of Birth, Nationality.

  • Physical and Talent Data: Height, Weight, Key Body Measurements (Bust, Waist, Hips), Hair Color, Eye Color, Shoe Size, Body Type, Commitment Duration.

  • Media Content: Uploaded professional photos (headshots, full body, digitals) and video submissions (walks, slates).

  • Career and Experience Data: Years of experience, Special Skills (dancing, languages, acting), Social Media Handles (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), Target Markets for submission.

  • Financial Data: Payment information necessary for the $10 fee processing (Note: Actual card details are processed by third-party payment processors like Stripe/PayPal and are not stored by SendModels).

2. How We Use Your Information

The primary purpose for collecting your data is to facilitate the core service:

  • Core Service Provision: To process your application and transmit your complete professional portfolio (including all collected data and media content) to the top 20 modeling, acting, music, and talent agencies/managers in the geographic markets you selected.

  • Communication: To send you service-related notifications and updates regarding your submission.

  • Payment Processing: To process the one-time $10 submission fee.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure (Crucial Section)

  • Sharing with Global Agencies: You expressly acknowledge and agree that the personal data and media content you provide will be shared with the international agencies, managers, and casting directors in your specified Target Markets for the purpose of potential representation and contract offers.

  • Service Providers: We share necessary data with third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, hosting providers, email services) to operate and maintain the Service.

 

4. International Data Transfer

  • Global Nature of Service: As our service involves submitting your profile to agencies worldwide, your information will be transferred to, and processed in, countries outside of your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws than your own. By using the Service, you consent to this international transfer.

 

5. Data Retention and Your Rights

  • We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, typically as long as your submission remains active or as required by law.

  • You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to certain legal exceptions.
