Payment and Cancellation/Refund Policy

 

 

1. Pricing, Currency, and Payment Method

 

The service fee for the single transaction provided via the platform is set at 10 US Dollars (USD).

  • Payments can only be made via bank or credit cards. Other payment methods (wire transfer, EFT, etc.) are not accepted.

  • This paid fee is strictly a service fee belonging to sendmodels.com and covers only the service of forwarding the customer's information to agencies/institutions.

  • Customers can make payments using their local currency. Payments made in local currency are converted at the current exchange rate and reflected in the sendmodels.com system as US Dollars (USD). Any exchange rate differences and bank transaction fees incurred during payment are the responsibility of the customer.

 

2. Service Delivery Time

 

Once the customer's payment is successfully confirmed by our system:

  • The system takes the customer's talent information and portfolio into the distribution process for submission to the top 20 agency/institution list in the selected country.

  • This distribution process is completed within 3 (three) business days following payment confirmation, and the customer's information is forwarded to the relevant institutions.

 

3. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

 

The service offered by sendmodels.com is a digital and instantaneous process focused on quickly forwarding information to professional institutions. Therefore, refund conditions are as follows:

  • Unconditional Cancellation (1-Hour Rule): All cancellation requests made within the first 1 (one) hour after the payment has been processed by the platform will be accepted, and a full refund will be provided.

  • Situations Where Refunds Are Not Accepted (Service Commencement): If the unconditional cancellation period of 1 hour is exceeded, the service delivery process is considered to have commenced, and no refund will be issued.

  • System Error Exception: In the event of a system problem (error, technical failure, etc.) originating from the sendmodels.com platform that causes the service to not be delivered to the relevant agencies at all, a full refund of the fee paid by the customer will be issued.

  • Refund Period: Once the refund request is accepted, the transfer to the bank systems is made immediately by our platform. However, the period for the refunded amount to be reflected in the customer's bank account may vary between 10 to 15 business days, depending on the internal processes of the respective bank.

 

5. Nature of Service and Disclaimer (Very Important)

 

This section clarifies the role and limits of responsibility for sendmodels.com:

  • sendmodels.com is not an agency. Our site is an intermediary and professional application platform that connects talent with institutions.

  • sendmodels.com does not provide a 100% job or career guarantee under any circumstances. Success depends entirely on the customer's talent, the quality of their portfolio, and the current needs of the agencies.

  • In the process after customer information has been sent to the agencies:

    • If the agencies like the customer's portfolio, they will contact the customer directly.

    • sendmodels.com is not responsible if the agencies do not call or contact the customer because they did not like the portfolio.
