The adjustment has been massive. The contrast between the cold, quiet efficiency of a Canadian set and the loud, fast-paced warmth of a Manila set is palpable. I had to ditch my model walk and learn to navigate the legendary traffic just to get to a casting call!

I’m focusing on my Tagalog and mastering the nuances of a teleserye performance, which is often more dramatic and heartfelt than what I was trained for.
